Super-Circular coffee table, model A203, originally designed in 1968 by Arne Jacobsen, Bruno Mathsson and Piet Hein. The table is part of Fritz Hansen’s table collection, which also includes the well-known Super-Ellipse™ and Super-Circular™ models.
The Super-Circular™ tables are based on Piet Hein’s mathematical form principles, combining the proportions of the circle and the ellipse. The result is a harmonious table shape that is both functional and aesthetically balanced.
This example was manufactured by Fritz Hansen in 2023 and features an aluminium base with a black laminate tabletop. The table represents a contemporary example of this classic Danish design.
